The length of time needed to repair our car was excessive this time. 3 weeks to the day from dropping it off. I understand the biggest delay was due to one painter in the shop. This was very disappointing to us as I'm sure the same disappointment for other customers waiting for painting. We are glad to get it back it it looks great, but it really should not have taken 3 weeks.

The work took entirely too long. 3 weeks to find 2 tires is crazy. Also the seem above each front wheel between plastic and metal is not correct. The plastic is sticking out.
