My car was aligned as part of the repairs and now it pulls hard to the right. The car was tracking perfectly straight when I dropped it off for body repair. I am taking it to another shop to have the alignment reset as it is not safe to drive above 60mph.

Jessie is defiantly the saving grace to Gerber Collision. My truck was dropped off shortly after Christmas, and due to multiple delays it was not available for pick up until late February. There was a 3 day delay due to insurance as the driver who hit me did not have the best coverage… Gerber experienced multiple delays due to getting the wrong parts, and the paint shop not painting all damaged areas that were covered. Y my insurance (front bumper, had to go back from another week including weekend). I had over a thousand in rental cars, was less than ideal experience. Jessie worked with me daily, and was able to help on a small reduction in bill ($250). This is not the first time I have been to Gerber, but it was less than ideal. Thank you Jessie for being connected daily with updates, and helping me to navigate taking care of my family without a vehicle.
