Gerber on Dobbs Rd in St Augustine did an excellent job on my car that was T-boned and damaged front & back doors on passenger side. They matched the paint perfectly & looks like it did before the accident. JW & Chad were awesome & took good care of me through all of the repairs! I’m very grateful

I couldn’t be more grateful to the team at Gerber on Dobbs Road. Russ was in charge of the car repairs and he was kind and patient. I’ve had horrible experiences with car dealerships and auto repair shops in the past, but Russ took the time to walk me through what, why, and how each part was being repaired. For the first time ever I knew I could trust that I wasn’t being taken advantage of and that my car was in safe hands. The man on the front desk - I think his name was James - was incredibly welcoming, kind, and calming. He made the paperwork simple and stress-free. I was kept updated on the repairs throughout the process, and in the end it took less time and less money than their initial quote - which is amazing. I can’t thank the team at Gerber on Dobbs Road enough, and I can’t recommend an auto repair shop more.
