Thank you soo much for my repair. I got knocked down by a youth deer 😜. Called my SF insurance agent and they started the rolling ball 🤣. Gerber Collision on Dobbs was recommended. JW answered my call and scheduled me. Chad was great!. My SUV was in on Monday and I was updated thru the whole process. Received my vehicle on Thursday evening and Chad went above to explain that there were some problems that were not related to my “ deer mishap” that my dealership warranty should cover. The whole process was wonderful and I felt blessed that everything was handled efficiently and without any problems. Thank you to everyone involved; I appreciated the problem solving since I am not a mechanic and I’m pleased with the results 👏👏😃

I had an awesome experience with JW and Chad. My vehicle has all the new updates and I think the programmer did not ck everything. I took my vehicle into the dealership to get it checked. They reprogrammed the vehicle to make all the safety checks work.
