I had a great experience getting my Jeep repaired at Gerber Glass and Collision. Living away from home and my parents, I feel so grateful for how well Chad and J.W took care of me and my vehicle. JW at the front desk was very professional. Amy Watkins walked me around my vehicle and explained what was to be done. Upon conclusion of the repairs, she again walked me around the car to make sure all was done. It was and I am very happy with the Gerber collision people in St. Augustine on Dobson Road.

JW at the desk was courteous and friendly. Amy Watkins was very professional and walked me around my Kia Soul explaining to me what was to be done. We made the same walk around when I picked the car up. Very happy and satisfied. The St. Augustine Dobbs Road office were exceptional.

I expressly mentioned about the convertible top needing to be looked at numerous times. Only learned later that you do not work on convertible tops. This should have been mentioned in the beginning and while working with your estimator. Feel like it was ignored just to get the body work. do better.
