Robert at St. Augustine's Dobbs Rosd location was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive from the initial damage estimate until I drove away with repairs completed three days ahead of the original estimate. The job was expertly done by the body shop personnel, and the daily updates on repair progress was very helpful. I'd recommend Gerber to anyone without hesitation!

I had two different tickets for repair. One was partially covered through insurance. The second one was a small side job that I paid for out of pocket. I have already filled out a survey on the larger (insurance related) job, with specific comments re. what a tremendous job Robert (at the Dobbs Road, St. Augustine location) did - all the way from the initial estimate through completion of the job. A definite 10! Please see that survey for additional comments about the excellent Gerber service through Robert. The second job was also coordinated by Robert, which was also an outstanding job. Hats off to the body work technician (whose name I'm forgetting) for both jobs!

Jan was absolutely amazing in the St. Augustine location. She made me feel at ease, and made extra accommodations for me. She fit me in on a day they were booked because I couldn?t open up my schedule with work. Then my husband and I had to leave for vacation and she allowed us to leave my car while I was gone at Gerber the entire time we were gone. I was very grateful for her during a stressful/busy time.
