This business resolved a rear hatch alignment problem that another body shop was unable to repair. Chad was friendly and helpful. No complaints whatsoever. Job well done.

Awful experience (Dobbs Rd branch, St. Augustine, FL, which was on the recommended list of my auto insurance co)!! Lack of accuracy in the recording of all damages to the car from the start🤷♀️ - which caused a lot of delay in the completion of the repairs - a communication issue or training issue that needs to be resolved asap! Too many mistakes - due to incomplete work mostly. I patiently kept going back, at least three/four times mostly for items that were incomplete/left out of the repairs initially, including for them to put back the alerts/reprogram the side mirrors to alert the driver of other cars on your blindside, etc and then there were also some faulty items ordered (twice). Go figure!?🤷♀️ In the end, I was just hoping that the car will at least be left in the (excellent) condition it was before the wreck, for such minor repairs. I acknowledge the politeness of the staff (which didn't prevent the repetitive errors) but I just have to be honest for the benefit of the next customer.
