Lost all of records from hand over of company. Seemed to struggle to find info on my repair only months ago. Work was done well however they are misalignments they say due to aftermarket parts. I am still waiting on discussion with insurance and gerber to resolve this

I've always gotten great service and the work that they have done on my vehicles has always been fantastic, never a complaint from me. The ladys up front are always helpful and informative and work hard to get what is needed to do the job right and the crew in the shop are professional and also helpful if you have a question about something. The last job they did for me ( I pick my truck up 6/30/26) they went above and beyond, I had left my phone in the waiting area and I have apps on it I need for work and they had a young man bring it to me at my place of work. Thank you all at Gerber. I've been a customer with the same group of wonderful people/friends through three different ownerships. A GREAT JOB WELL DONE!!!
