Appreciate the great communication and very fast turn around on repairs (even though we were on vacation while repairs were done) and the customer service is excellent. There was no waiting. Had I needed the car for work, the short turn around for repairs would have been a blessing for anyone needing a rental car. My old car looks new again. Thank you!

This shop was not my first choice because the repair done two years ago in the same spot was not good, poorly done and difficult to deal with, but there seems to be a complete turn around of customer service and professionalism. It was nothing short of delightful. We were away while the car was worked on and they were in constant communication and finished ahead of schedule. Everyone we dealt with was professional and and the repair looks terrific. We have one issue that shows up after it is driven awhile- no matter the tires being inflated properly, the Tire Monitoring System comes on saying maintenance is needed. They scanned and checked it and said I could return if it continues to come on. I haven't driven the car much but plan on it next week to see if this happens. I’ve owned this car for five years and this never happened until then collision. I appreciate that I can bring the car in if it happens. Everything about this stressful event was made easier by AAA and Gerber. I'm very pleased.

Matthew and Amanda are the BEST! When I went initially to get a quote, it began a downpour. Matthew drove my car to me so that I did not get drenched. Amanda is the smiling face of the business.
