I was mostly satisfied not completely satisfied. You don't provide that option on your survey.it would seem that my headlights are not evenly lighted. One is brighter than the other. also there's a piece missing from my automatic transmission gear changercase. I already had to bring my car back one time and I don't want to have to do it again because I need it for work.

The repair was so good I could not tell the bumper cover had been damaged. John Gaffi did a good job of keeping me informed of the status.

No reason to contact me. You gave me back my car and I had to turn around and come right back in because the repair was not completed. I think someone should test the car to make sure it's working before you just give it back to the customer. Also I don't understand why you put a new tire on my car. I would have much preferred to have a used tire and it save me $50
