the windshield was returned to me broken and had to be replaced again after the initial repair and there was a big scratch on the back left bumper when returned to me that wasn’t there before. but they were super communicative, nice, and finished quickly !!

Long story short There were Great going in , I got in my car noticed power steering was still out , was told My insurance denied everything I called my insurance. They told me that wasn’t true. There wasn’t no supplement or nothing or they seen nothing else wrong which brings me to my situation. I have with them in the shop when I was asking questions why the insurance didn’t do so they told me they started getting more particular about how they feel that wasn’t happened because of the accident…. Pls stay clear

The repair itself was great. Bumper looks great along with the tail light. However, there are paint chips on the door that weren’t there before and the clear coat on top of the car degraded significantly faster than it has while it was in your care. It’s as if someone took sand paper to the roof of the car. I understand the car is old and the paint is fading, but it degraded far faster than usual.
