Glad to see the car in a much better state than when I dropped it off! There is however, pitting throughout the paint job and the black plastic moulding on the corner of the back passenger door is popping off, or maybe was never fully secured in place. I’d like to have these addressed under the repair warranty so I won’t have to worry about future corrosion in the pitting or warping of the loose plastic moulding in the summer to come.

Everything appears to be good repair wise so far! One gripe is who ever washed it did not wash the roof and the moon roof is so caked in dust as well as the roof it appears white instead of red. I even had a guy ask me going by on the sidewalk why my roof was white! They washed what they could reach only!

So far appearance looks great and so far electronics are working. Looked nice upon pickup except who ever washed it did not wash or dry the roof and it had 1/4 inch of filth on it and the moon roof was useless as you could not see out of it either due to dust and water, basically mud! This is also the second one of these I have sent you.

The repairs on my vehicle were delayed several times. I understand delays. However, Gerber gave me no notice of the delays. I had to call on the day my car was promised each time to find out that it was delayed. A simple call to tell me that there would be a delay and the car wouldn’t be ready on the promised day would have sufficed.
