The repairs on my vehicle were delayed several times. I understand delays. However, Gerber gave me no notice of the delays. I had to call on the day my car was promised each time to find out that it was delayed. A simple call to tell me that there would be a delay and the car wouldn’t be ready on the promised day would have sufficed.

I would simplify the checking out process because I was triple charged but it was made right after the fact. But I still was out 3600 for a couple weeks. I understand things happen but the process could be worked on.
