Team did an awesome job! My car looks amazing and she’s back to shiny and tip top shape! I really appreciated the team taking care to keep me up to date on their progress and any roadblocks that had potential to come up. The repairs appear to be fine, paint looks good! The repairs were completed on time and when they were promised. However, I was not satisfied with the glass company, Glass America. The repair was less than satisfactory. After speaking with 3 different people, they are going to replace the entire windshield. Not exactly what I wanted, I hope it turns out better than the repairs. I'm not sure what the relationship is between these two companies is.

Great job with the repairs to the team, I’m very happy with the outcome of my vehicle. My only wish is that the team would have painted the roof pillars when they painted the roof since the pillars were scratched from the tree during the incident.

Overall very satisfied with all the work done to my vehicle, the hood, the front bumper, windshield, and roof look great but again the pillars could have been painted as part of the roof repair.

Gerber made my annoying rear end repair super easy and less annoying. They were very quick getting me in and everyone was very friendly. I'm impressed as soon as I walked in to pick up they remembered my name and car and knew the customer who came in after me. My car looks back to brand new! They also coordinated with the rental company so that I could leave the rental with them when I picked my car up and Enterprise would pick it up from them.
