They were transparent about the timeline and what needed to be fixed on my car. Then when I had one additional issue (very minor fix - 10 minutes in the shop) they were apologetic about it.

The entire process of Gerber taking care of my truck was absolutely amazing. So many people around me have had their vehicles in other shops and have been complaining about the lack of communication, etc. The entire time my truck was at Gerber, I was getting communication updates every other day and always knew the profess and status of my truck. They were super nice and professional and took amazing care of me and my vehicle. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
