His customer service skills, professional knowledge & ability to convey the processes & time frame in a caring, confident, easy to understand manner that literally took away the stress & anxiety that I had felt since the accident. Sierra had the same genuine, personable & caring manner when I dropped off & picked up my jeep, which looked beautiful! Shane & his team of professionals are a rarity in the times we live in. Gerber Collision & Glass in Tontitown has a winning team & they have more than earned my respect, gratitude & loyalty. Shane & his team did an excellent job & I am very pleased. Shane kept me up to date via texts & phone calls. I never once had to call to find out how things were coming along. He is so knowledgeable, caring & personable. He explained each step if the process of repairs, the warranty, etc...in terms I could understand. I have never had an experience that was this stress free or customer service & workmanship ship that even comes close to what I experienced with Gerber Collision @ Tontitown. I highly recommend them.

I felt like the personnel were very professional and friendly. I was kept updated on the progress of my repair. Upon arriving the repairs were explained and each one pointed out. Instructions were given to properly care for our vehicle. I felt the employee was proud of the work that was done and genuinely wanted to make sure it passed out approval.
