Shane (Tontitown) called me to keep me informed regarding progress. Even when there were disappointing delays due to supply chain and delivery issues he was polite, to the point without whining excuses. The last part was delivered to Jaguar dealer in Tulsa. They drove over to pick it up so I could have my car for a weekend family gathering. It looks great. Also buffed out a minor but bothersome scratch not directly in damaged area for no charge. They worked well with insurance to get additional reimbursement not in original insurance estimate. I didn’t have to deal with insurance company. Manager came and picked me up to get car so I would not have to get an Uber.

Open handed tried solving the issue without appointment. Decided to move forward with more repairs, turned my vehicle around in two days. Unheard of given the world we live in with supply and demand. Car was detailed in and out, paint looks brand new as expected though you get used to what its looked like. Were taking the wheel liner out and I had a new one to replace a crack from a rock. They took it and no questions installed it. Hands down a great group of people.

Timely repair, estimated 6 days, received car 2 days later. Not sure if subaru did it though a scuff/nail scrape at 9&12 o'clock of steering wheel.
