They did a great job at communicating the repairs and the process that was going to be done to the car. They gave me a great estimation and even got it done early which I appreciated. I think they did a really good job. They left my car cleaner than it came in. They were all very generous, respectful, and thoughtful!

Molly and Shane have been an absolute dream to work with! They have BOTH gone above and beyond throughout this process. IT HAS BEEN TRULY AMAZING to work with them! The attention to detail has been spectacular. They have given me updates every few days on the entire process. I have never worked with anyone that has been so KNOWLEDGEABLE and HELPFUL and truly PASSIONATE about their job and me, as a customer. They have both made me feel like family. I truly appreciate them and all that they have done for me to make this process seamless and easy. They have thought of everything and guided me in every way possible! It is very rare to find people like them! They ARE THE BEST! I would give them 20 stars if that was an option. They deserve a promotion. I had the best experience I could have ever wished for! The only issue is that I returned the rental car on Monday to Gerber when I picked up my car - however enterprise said they did not know it was there and charged me extra - it was all taken care of tho.

Wonderful experience, service could not have been better. I have zero complaints. Thank you to every one who helped me get my car fixed in such a timely fashion. Hopefully I will never have to get my car fixed like this again, but if I do I will be using Gerber in tontitown.
