This was my second experience with Gerber. I am very happy with the repair. Looks like a new car where work was done. My car was presented to me very clean inside and out. Communication was timely and friendly. Finished my car earlier than originally scheduled.

Unfortunately, my experience with Garber was not up to par. Receive messages to come pick up an unfinished job lie to and was very disrespectful with service operations. From the looks of the pictures that I received compared to the itemized statement, there was no work done to my car, but I was told that my car was ready to pick up.
