Everyone was very pleasant in their communication and they repaired the vehicle in a timely manner! I have to call back Monday cause check engine light came on on the way home from the shop but I am sure Ryan will get it squared away. Great guy and great customer service!!! Thank you all !!!

Drop off works well. Ryan examined the damage and explained the work and potential hidden problems, which fortunately did not occur. It was obvious throughout the repair that Gerber was in contact with my insurance and doing what was requested by Allstate. A broken windshield was replaced by Subaru in Canada while we were on vacation. There was a problem with their installation. When I picked the car up Ryan explained the issue and why they had to install a new windshield. This is my second experience with repairs from this Gerber location. I am recommending it to anyone needing repairs.
