Chuck was great! He communicated with me several times from start to finish to let me know what was going on every step of the way. When I picked up my car it was clean on the outside and my wheels have been detailed. I wasn’t expecting them to go above an beyond! I will be referring to him and hopefully I don’t have another accident and needs some repairs, but if I do… he’s who I will be calling! Staff was friendly and helpful! The hail damaged Windshield was not repaired or replaced. The paint job is sloppy. There’s paint on my rims and overspray on the roof. Driver side panel not installed correctly. We’re bringing it back for repairs to be completed.

Allen was so awesome! I really appreciate him. My car was leaking when it rained but I couldn’t figure out from where. It was an old claim and a pain in the tail situation and I’m persistent. And he was patient and listened and worked well with me. And they found the leak! Thank you!

Allen was so awesome! I had a weird case with an old claim. There was a leak from a mysterious spot in my headliner/roof area and he was so helpful and patient with my very persistent self. He worked with me for timing (couldn’t let my car be outta commission for long with these gas prices) and talked to me daily keeping me in the loop. Even better - the leak was found! So thank you guys, a leaky car can cause mold and mildew problems that can cause really bad complications with my autoimmune disease. Allen, thanks again my friend!
