Service and communication was fantastic! And when I noticed my windshield leaked after picking it up, I scheduled to bring it in and they even brought my car back to me because I work crazy hours! All the staff has always been amazing!

Again , lack of communication. Told the front desk I wanted to complete ALL repairs discussed, not just the ones covered by my insurance. I got a call several days later about this and that person stated “I didn’t know this”. Later I got a text from a 3rd part stating my balance due which did not include all repairs. Also got a text that stated my car repair would not be completed for another 10 days. The next day, call at 4:30 that my car was ready. Too late in the day for me to arrange a ride to go get it.
