Aftery car accident, it took about 6 weeks to get my vehicle back. Insurance adjuster made sure that a lot of refurbished parts were used on repairs and that the parts were ordered from progressives vendors, there for, it took a while for parts to come in. There was a bunch of he said, she said. The insurance adjuster continued to lie to me. Either way, it took too long to get my vehicle back. Service was great by Elenore and the service techs from repair to painters to detailer was great. I'm just happy to have my vehicle back.
