Juanita was great, kept me updated on my repairs and provided excellent customer service. My first repair was incomplete, but I was not upset about that. What I was not happy with was Mr. Carey’s poor customer service when I picked up my car. Nita was busy so he came out to help me. First he couldn’t find my keys, they were on top of the pile. Then he just handed them to me and was like have a good day. No offer to walk me to my car to inspect the repairs or asking me if I wanted to wait for Nita to do so. Nita called me on my way home to make sure the repairs were to my satisfaction, which they were.

The repair work itself seems great. Unfortunately, black grease was left on the light grey armrest on the driver’s side. I have tried to remove it, but am unable to.
