The quality of the repair was excellent, but the AI estimate was significantly lower than the actual repair cost.

The AI estimate WAS NOT ACCURATE AT ALL. and this was a simple repair to a slow speed fender dent. I would not recommend anyone use it. Go to the shop and have a person provide the estimate.

I am beyond pleased with the quality of their work, but what really stood out was their stellar customer service! Paula was beyond professional and helpful. She coordinated the drop of and pick up with the rental, this may seem small,but that extra step was so appreciated! In addition, I picked my car up and it was freshly cleaned and detailed on the inside! I will tell everyone, this is the best place in town for body work!
