My car was driven 100 miles. The detailer left thick wax on the rims, in the gas tank door and all throughout the outside of the car. Jason says "new young detailer sorry" and left it at that. When I got home I noticed the hood way out of alignment. Wasn't that way when I dropped it off. my gas light was on because it was out of gas again didn't drop it off that way. Had a problem last time as well. Received car back with trunk scratches and clearly someone laid something on it during repair. They fixed it. Cost me time and another appointment and being treated as a pain in the ,,,,. I don't think its too much to ask to expect to receive a car back at minimum in the condition it was in minus the repair areas needed. Not happy for the second time now. 10 day job took 3 weeks and no reason why. Why is my hood out of alignment? Wondering if it was wrecked and repaired which took so much longer than quoted. Why all the miles? Why out of gas? Not happy with the minimizing way Jason and Ron have treated me this time or last. Took months just to get it in the shop. Communication is terrible but in their defence my insurance agent was just as guilty.

The time that was originally quoted was the end of the month but through Jason's due diligence Gerber was able to complete the repair by the end of the week! Awesome job!!!
