I was contacted on Thursday, December 18th and was told my vehicle repairs were completed ahead of schedule and if it could be calibrated the next day, I could pick it up. I called the next day Friday, December 19th about noon to check on things and explained to the receptionist that I was supposed to drive 5 hours that day for Christmas in Michigan and told her I wanted to leave after work at 2:00. I asked her if she felt it was an option to have it complete by then and she said once the person showed up to calibrate it, it wouldn't take too long. Since I had a rental car that was being paid for by insurance, I knew I had to return the rental as soon as my car was completed and not the next Monday. So I got off work and waited and waited for a call with updated info, but it never came. She never called. I called back at 4:45 as the website said they closed at 5:00 but only got a National voicemail, not for Valparaiso specifically. I wasted 3 hours waiting for a phone call that never came and arrived at my MI destination at 11:00 pm their time instead of 8:00 their time. I wasn't going to leave any review as I hate to complain, but this is the 5th request I received asking for feedback, so here it is. Quality and speed of work was great, car was finished ahead of schedule. But I am still perturbed, a week and a half later over the 3 hour delay in leaving for my Christmas trip.........
