The Hispanic lady at the front desk, (sorry I forgot her name) was absolutely amazing!! So kind & she really helped me be at peace with issues going on. I love that I recieved text messages every few days about my vehicle updates during the entire process. I am thankful that Gerber covered the rental a few extra days when the car wasn't ready the day I was originally told. The lady at the front desk needs a huge bonus! Her customer service is top tier! I most definitely would use Gerber again!

Said the truck was completed and it wasn't, no decals put back on and air filter system not secured. Called and talked to people about the problem, brought in and they completed the job. Decals are off a little, but all in all, Job is done.
