Car was supposed to be ready on a specific date brought the car in on 10/5 they said it would be ready 11/1. I called them on 11/1 and they said they still needed to vacuum the car now mind you I got a text the day before 11/1 saying the car was complete they will get in contact to arrange pickup. No call back called the next morning which was a saturday no answer left a message kept calling nothing. Called monday they said there were battery problems and they are just a body shop.... maybe before finishing the body work they should make sure the car turns on. Finally got my car on 11/6 now insurance only covers a rental for 30 days so I had to come out of pocket on that they said enterprise has nothing to do with them...bad customer service or something.. other then that body work looks good still having trouble getting key out of ignition hopefully that won't become a problem again or ill be back and im not paying a dime we shall see.
