Very Professional Customer Service I was highly satisfied with the quality of the repairs to my Vehicle absolutely outstanding workmanship My Estimator Will was polite and kept me posted on progress throughout the process and my vehicle was completed in the timeframe that he said it would On the day the repairs were completed Will called me to inform me and I explained to him that unfortunately my other vehicle had broken down the prior day and I would have to arrange for an Uber or taxi and he offered to come pick me up in his own vehicle He went above and beyond his duties and I appreciated it greatly I will be recommending GERBER to anyone I know that needs collision repairs and I know that if I ever need repairs myself again after a collision I will definitely be choosing to go to GERBER James Cannioto

I really have nothing negative to share. I really appreciate Will who took care of me the whole time it was a seamless process. They made it really simple to get it in till we get looked at and then very informative as far as updating me through the process with phone calls and the text updates were really nice a bonus that enterprise was attached so I didn’t even have to worry about transportation for a rental car overall I was just very happy.
