BEYOND exceptional service! Immediately after the accident and before I had even filed a claim, I stopped at Gerber on my way home because I was nervous driving my car. Pat was nice enough to put protective plastic wrap over my trunk assured me it was still OK to drive. He did all this at NO CHARGE, just being kind. After I had filed the claim and selected Gerber as my repair shop, Michelle reached out to me almost immediately to get the ball rolling and made the whole process super easy, she was very friendly and thorough. While the repairs were underway, Will reached out to me regularly to give me updates and kept me in the loop. They had the car done in just a little over a week. Very efficient, professional service from all the staff at Gerber! Thanks so much!

From the time I dropped my car off until it was ready there was constant communication. The estimate was spot on my car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off that was not an expectation The communication during the time they had my car was spot on. I would definitely go back there and I would definitely recommend them. The customer service was awesome and they know what they’re doing.
