Kristin B. was amazing. She kept us informed every step of the way, ensured we understood the process, made sure we took all of our items out of our car before we turned in the key, made sure rental pick up was coordinated, and the job was actually finished over 5 days ahead of schedule. She called us when it was done, and was there when we went to pick it up. She went over the details and made sure to let us know about proper washing of the vehicle to ensure that the paint cured properly. Super thorough, fantastic attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. 10 out of 10 on all counts. We go to Gerber because the service and the work has always been outstanding, and Kristin is a shining example of why you should go there too. Fantastic!
