Paint has a bubble in it and needs to be corrected and fender flare doesn’t sit flush on driver side of vehicle. Spacing is still uneven since accident if you compare passenger side to driver side gap of bumper! I had a custom bracket that secured my license plate to front bumper and it was thrown away without my approval! The newly installed front bumper was drilled through in order to secure my front license plate with drywall toggle bolt anchors without my approval! When looking over their work I also noticed that they did not plug my fog lights back in after receiving my keys and telling me I was good to go. Poor overall quality of work if you ask me and also didn’t appreciate all the excuses when quality of work was questioned and when I asked what happened to my custom license plate bracket. First he to me it was thrown away with the bumper from the accident. Then he told me was in the truck in multiple different places and was never found. Then was told that it was on the new bumper but I proved to him that it wasn’t there. I’m currently rescheduled to fix all these issues on 8/18/26 but I am not happy with the whole experience I had. I’m already very doubtful and have yet to see if these issues will be fixed to meet or exceed my expectations.

No up to date information on vehicle status. It was always some text with a one week completion window which always ended up extending another week for about a month. I called them many times to get a better estimate so I could plan my day before work. They told me that they would call me as soon as parts arrived to give me a better estimate but never did. I called them for weeks and found out the day of that it was almost complete. They said they were about to call me to tell me it was complete, but not to tell me that parts arrived and give me an estimate to when vehicle will be done which I specifically ask for weeks! Upon getting the vehicle fender flares were not put but to original. Passenger was put back to original while driver side did not sit flush. The entire bumper spacing was not readjusted since accident it seems like they just painted and put new bumper back on half ass. They threw away my custom license plate bracket without asking me. Instead they put drywall toggle bolts through my bumper to secure my license plate which I did not want. The paint on the the driver side bumper had a bubble and a ripple in it. Upon further inspection I noticed that they did not even reconnect my fog lights which most people probably would have not noticed. Also Shawn gave me a wise remark telling me that 99% of people would have been satisfied which I didn’t like because this is my vehicle not any else’s! I would agree if they just did good work but I’m not happy with the whole experience!
