Representative was very put off every time I spoke with her. She didn't return a call to us on Friday about repairing the car with the part that came in on Thursday and said to drop the car off at sears. We did, and she never called sears, us, and ultimately we couldn't reach her until Monday afternoon. We also know that Sears was open on the weekend and gerber was as well. Monday upon expressing our dissatisfaction that we went the weekend without a vehicle (8 days total), she explained that my daughter called her at 3 on a Friday and she said the same to my daughter the day she called. It took a sharp tone with her for her to actually apologize, but it was less than sincere. That day we kept calling, because we didn't want to wait another day and ultimately said we wanted to pick it up at sears also, because we didn't trust that she'd call us back again in time. Over all disappointing experience with Angela. However, your representative in boardman is awesome!! I think it was Sean? Not sure, but if you could duplicate him, and send him to warren, it would be great for your business.
