Everyone was very kind, patient, and thorough. They all took the time to keep me updated and made sure I was comfortable with what repairs were to be done and that they were done to my satisfaction. Text message is nice but I was told verbally that they would try to get it done over the weekend. It ended up taking 2 weeks. Text mentioned a different pick up date than when I showed up in person to office.

They did good work, and the truck looks great. Just would have been a 9 or 10 if I had recieved updates without having to bother them to find out.

When I dropped the truck off to get fixed I was told that I would receive updates every Tuesday and Thursday on the status of the vehicle. I never received any updates on the vehicle until after I started calling them and asking for updates.
