The repair looks immaculate.

Cindy knew I had problems picking up my car so when the car was ready a driver drove it to my house and I drove the driver back to Gerber otherwise I would have had to walk to Gerber. Very thoughtful and above and beyond customer service.

I was very impressed by the communication regarding updates on the estimate and progress of the repair. The office customer service was exceptional!

I don’t recall the ladies name but she was excellent in keeping be updated on my repairs. She called every Tues and Thurs along with a text. And when I picked up my car she went out and started so the a/c would cool down the car before I drove off. And the lady at the front desk was exceptional.
