I don’t recall the ladies name but she was excellent in keeping be updated on my repairs. She called every Tues and Thurs along with a text. And when I picked up my car she went out and started so the a/c would cool down the car before I drove off. And the lady at the front desk was exceptional.

I brought my car to Gerber and they was take care of damage and when I saw something that they didn’t argue. they just took it back and called me about a day later let me know everything was taken care of. I also like they gave me updates every few days.
