I love the work that comes out of this body shop. I worked in a body shop for years so I am harder to please than most. We have had to wrecked car this year and Gerber on Kell is the Goto spot for us from now on. Absolutely flawless repair!!

Great customer service, and I greatly appreciated the regular updates on the status. It helped put me at ease throughout the process, and Susan was wonderful. However, I have 2 criticisms about the work that was done. There is slight overspray in the cab, with a light dusting of paint on screens and surfaces which I really hope comes out. And reassembly seemed poorly done. Small tabs under the seats weren’t fully installed, the gas cap hanging wire was not reinstalled, and the worst is there is significant damage to storage bins under the rear seats which was not previously damaged. I will be returning today to have it looked at. Quality of repairs and customer service is fantastic though.

Employees are very helpful and kind. The repairs and paint work were quality and based on that I would recommend. However, I am disappointed with the reassembly and previously mentioned issues. $16,000+ repair should be flawless…in my opinion.

Repair and paint quality were good, and I am happy with them. However, some of the reassembly was unsatisfactory. The rear seats have parts underneath that were not reinstalled at all. The jack tools were not installed in original position, just simply laid on the floor. Storage bins under rear seats have been scratched and damaged. The gas cap tether was not reattached, just simply was left dangling. There is overspray from the paint on passenger side dashboard.

The repair work was good. My only complaint is a link of time that you had a vehicle. If you would collected deductible first then you can order the parts. Let the customer know when they’re in.

Two words for the Gerber Team at Kell West: Simply Outstanding! The vehicle looks brand new. Great work and delivered in 2 weeks as forecasted. But, as importantly, the communication from the Gerber Team was awesome. Front desk operator, Cindy, was really great. So easy to work with. Nick, from the shop, called every Tuesday and Thursday with status updates. Both of these folks made the whole experience worth it. Talk about Customer Service - these two are right on it! Outstanding in every aspect. This is the place to come in western Texoma if you need accident repair!

Everything went so smooth with attention to detail and I felt like I was a priority customer!! Thankful to get in almost the same day as the collision!!
