My care was documented received with 500 more miles on it than what it was returned as. Was told insurance requires miles at estimate be reported as “mileage in” - that is not accurate documentation. Was also handed a paper telling me to avoid washing and that I rated the work as a 10. Was verbally told the car wasn’t painted so no need to follow those instructions. I paid my copay but signed for nothing. Am disappointed in the lack of quality, accuracy and communication of customer care of the car after repair.

Repair took just a couple days longer than expected. Not really a problem though. Great work, nice people and they called several with progress reports. Great job! I’m a repeat customer and would go nowhere else.
