When the car was ready for pick up, we noticed that the driver's daytime running light showed moisture inside from rain. We also found an area where there was a chip in the paint in a horizonal strip of the upper bumper. They replaced the light with a new one and fixed and repainted the part of the upper bumper next to the hood. Our pick up was delayed by two work days.

They answered the phone promptly and were able to answer any of our questions. We were told the vehicle was totaled and that we had 3 days to use the rental provided by the Geico estimator. Then we were told Geico changed their mind and would fix the car. So much confusion, that thankfully we didnt purchase a car, but we did get a call from Gerber to say they will fix the car. They fixed the vehicle weeks ahead of schedule, even though it was difficult to get answers from Geico.
