Kelley in the front office was so helpful and informative, keeping me updated as needed. John Miller was also very proactive with the estimate and with details regarding the damage to my vehicle. He kept in touch throughout the few days my car was in the shop and the car was ready earlier than expected.

The driver's side tire wasn't replaced, which leaves genuine concern about the front end suspension. The driver's door isn't flush with the side of the car. The car wasn't cleaned as promised prior to pickup.
