My car was being repaired by the shop in Zachary. I was not updated on my vehicle when my part came in damaged from where it was ordered. I was not updated that there would be a delay on when my vehicle was originally supposed to be ready. I had to physically go to Gerber and voice my concerns regarding the issue. Customer Service with this place in regards to friendliness, greeting when new customers come in the door originally and updating of customers needs to be evaluated and corrected as needed.

The door has two dents that it did not have before, so new parts were not used. Also, I called Enterprise because they are charging me for the days you extended the repair. If you knew the rental was only til 8/13 , when you sent notice of the extended date you should’ve contacted GEICO for approval of the extra days, so I would not be charged. It’s not my fault you needed more time. This could’ve been avoided.
