Cut down on vehicle down time if possible

It wld be better if the vehicle cld be inspected once brought in and if it’s drivable the initial parts cld be ordered and once the visible parts that where damaged arrive then hv the customer bring there vehicle in for repairs. This wld minimize the down time of the customer without their vehicle if they still needs to use it. Not everyone can hv a rental for a month

Everything seems fine, but the trunk opens a little less smooth now, but that was the spot that took the brunt of the hit.

The service provider left my interior dirty with oil and finger prints. Although, they keep me informed, the time it took was too long which placed me in a hardship due scheduled travel. I informed them of my schedule and they did not accommodate the ask. Unfortunately my vehicle wasn’t ready until the day I left, so I had to burden someone to return the rental and pickup my vehicle.
