Started a little rough with the scheduling, but we worked it out. And they did an absolute amazing job with repairing the car. I am one satisfied, and everyone I worked with was very supportive and professional.

Everyone did an awesome job - above and beyond - Libby and simply amazing Stacy (waited for me about 15 minutes past closing time doing her work for tomorrow: were do you get such customer oriented, productive team members?). The left hand side front fender is a bit out of alignment where it meets the bumper and where it meets the windshield. I’ll stop back and have the folks look at it. Again the people are fantastic.!

Oops, I think I gave myself away at the beginning. I’ve never had need for Collision Service in my life, but I can sure tell you that I will recommend Gerber and Travelers, of course as an incredible combination.

The Gerber people deserve everyone’s collision business. This is my first time ever having a collision, and the people in Gerber are outstanding. Especially it appears the receptionist or the greeter. The general managers are easily accessible. The work is really really nice. And perhaps the most important thing to me at this point is they’re just easy to deal with. I made a mistake and had an action and they try to make you feel better about it we do have two residual small things that need to be repaired, but they’re on it. So in some, I would have to say they’re really good, and they’re a great partner for you. Thank you for asking.
