When I first called to set up an appointment, Matt took the call. The only way he could determine why the windshield continued to leak was to get the car in and investigate. Fortunately, my family has used Gerber Collision on several occasions over the years and had always been satisfied with their work. Matt and the techs worked with the window company, so my warranty with them remained in effect, which was greatly appreciated.

After having a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass – Lutz (26615 Wesley Chapel Blvd, Lutz, FL 33559) from a previous repair, I didn’t hesitate to go back when I needed additional work done on my vehicle. This time, due to scheduling, they transferred my car to their Zephyrhills location at 35534 Pure Water Way, Zephyrhills, FL 33541, and I’ll be honest, I was a bit hesitant at first. But that hesitation didn’t last long. From start to finish, the quality of service and workmanship was just as strong. My main point of contact was Xiomora, and she was excellent, professional, attentive, and kept everything moving smoothly. On the day of pickup, she wasn’t in the office, so I spoke with the manager instead. And here’s what stood out to me: the level of care didn’t drop at all. The transition was seamless. The same professionalism, the same attention to detail, it was consistent across the board. I also have to highlight the front desk. The communication there was on point, clear, timely, and handled with a level of courtesy that you don’t always see. It made the entire experience even smoother. And the most important part, the repair itself. The quality of work matched what I experienced before. Clean, precise, and done right the first time. At this point, it’s clear to me this isn’t just one good location, it’s a standard they maintain across the board. If you’re dealing with vehicle damage and want reliable, high-quality repairs, Gerber Collision & Glass is a solid choice.

Unfortunately, I was in several accidents in a short period of time. Because of the excellent work the first time, I returned to Gerber for accidents two and three! The staff is a delightful. Matt was forthright and communicative throughout the process. Not only was my vehicle ready earlier than anticipated, it looked shiny and new. Matt and team went the extra mile.
