The repair went well. My son's key chain was broken, and the part that fell off was missing. He is autistic, so this was a big deal for him. There was no apology, or an offer to replace it. A small thing, but important.

From the first experience with the front desk, who was able to immediately schedule our repairs and gave us an accurate timeline, to the exceptional communication with email updates so we always knew where we stood, to the completion on time and integrated with our insurance, we actually could not have been more pleased.
