The only comment I have is that when notifying a customer that a vehicle is ready, a voice mail is great but also include a text to ensure the message is received. You folks left me a voice mail but i don't get many so I missed the call. Ended up seeing it a day later on a Friday night and could not pick up the vehicle until Monday. Ended up trying to get the insurance company to cover 3 extra days of rental costs which I hope they will take care of.

Placer is amazing!! There are very communicative through the repair process. The car came back cleaner than when it went in. Also my insurance was trying to charge me a fee and Gino's thought that i probably shouldn't have to pay it and they helped me get it waiver by my insurance company. Truly a great experience!! Ginos did an excellent job on the repairs to my car. They handled the claim, repairs and my rental car. I was kept updated on the timeline of the repairs and when all was complete, my car was cleaned inside and out !!! I highly recommend Ginos and will use them again.... well, I hope not to soon !!! LOLOL !!!
