Al Gitts has the customer in mind from the first meeting until the final moment the job is complete. Al explained the busy schedule and the approximate beginning date when we first stopped in to see if he could fix the car. He called to let me know the parts were in and said he would call when the job was complete in a week. Just picked up my car today… perfectly repaired and cleaned inside and out. He is honest, responsible, and respectful.
