Adjusting my seat back to the settings where I had it would have been greatly appreciated. No idea why the lumbar support would be completely extended out making it most uncomfortable to drive. The same can be said for where my steering wheel was adjust to and seat slid all the way back. Other than that I am extremely satisfied with the repairs on my car.

I was so pleased with how fast I was able to get in for an estimate and then to have the work done. I was also so thrilled when I got in my car and it had been detailed for the first time and its life! Not only was the work done quickly, and as promised, when I pick up the car, it was pristine inside and out. I did not expect it to be fully detailed. What a joy to get in my older vehicle, but felt new again! Thank you so much for your great work and good communication.

This is the 2nd time I have used you for repair that’s because I was very happy with you the first time. I appreciate getting my car back clean- cleaner than when I brought it into you. I feel it was done in a timely manner, I did mean to show you one other thing that was not from this accident, it would be a bit of a touch up job to the rear on the right side. I’ll have to bring it in and have you take a look but it won’t be for a while. I haven’t had a good look at the repair because of the downpour but from what I see it looks good. Thanks again and I do recommend you to people I know if they ever need a body shop. When I had the accident and State Farm mentioned about body shops I said do you still have Gitts as a preferred shop and they said yes and I said I’ll go with them. Thank you- Take care! I cannot say enough good things about Gitts Auto Body!! They fixed my car after it was backed in to and the car came back practically completely new! Al and his crew did an outstanding job of repairing our CRV after it was plowed into by a dump truck. Our insurance company recommended him and we had no previous knowledge of his shop in Ferndale. He was always pleasant and honest. Rates were lower that I expected.

How to say this without writing a book. Gitts Autobody is absolutely positively 100% unbelievably the best company to have work on your vehicle. List of the pros: customer service, workmanship, attention to details, customer service, easy to talk to, communication, customer service, respect, easy going, great team of workers, going above and beyond. Did I mention Customer Service? Yeah that too. Now for the cons: ? ? ? Oh, they cleaned the entire interior of my car (unbelievably clean) and fixed the air leak my tire. Oh wait...those are pros. Need I say more? Oh yes, 1 more thing, Great Customer Service!! Thank you Al. I have a big mouth and work customer service so I will be telling everyone about you and your teams great customer service.
