Al was on top of the repair only to be slowed down by our local Chrysler dealer. The car sat for 10 days for a simple computer scan which was never done! Finally had to request our car back due to rental car fees and insurance ran out on rental. I give Gitts a 10 and Bellingham Chrysler a 0.

We were called promptly to have an appointment to estimate repairs and when the repair work would be done. Repairs were completed in the time given and Gitts was very flexible in us picking up our vehicle. Overall an excellent experience.
